Coronavirus is here and it is going to affect all of us in a very serious way.
There are some things we can do. Obviously, wash our hands, aim for 15 times a day and make it a point to check your temperature every day. Stay 6 ft. away from each other. If you don't have a good thermometer, GET ONE NOW. It never ceases to amaze me how many people don't have a simple thermometer!
Stay hydrated, Eat citrus-there may be evidence that this may limit the severity of the infection.
STOP SMOKING**STOP SMOKING CIGARS**STOP VAPING-You are going to need your lungs to survive this.
If you are going to leave your house to go to the store, ask your neighbor or friend if they need anything, and leave it at their front door. There are wonderful people in this neighborhood who have said they will make runs for people, so if you need something and you are at high risk, please reach out.
As much as this neighborhood is social, we need to stay away from each other for a while. If you are going to get together, check your temperature first. Don't get together if you are sick, or if your temperature has been above 99.6. If you are sick, quarantine yourself.
Let's stay in touch with each other over the phone and FaceTime or What's App. If you are sick, let someone know so we can help anyway we can.
